Shipping and Returns Policy
While we make every effort to insure you are 100% happy with your purchase, we understand that from time to time you will need or want to return an item. Please understand that we strictly adhere to our return policy, therefore we encourage you to read it carefully. Feel free to contact us prior to your purchase if you need additional information.
All sales over $59.00 will be shipped from our warehouse with no shipping charges applied. All special orders over $59.00 will also be freight-free, even if your order is processed in multiple shipments.
Full-price merchandise in new/unworn condition can be returned within 10 days for a full refund, less any original shipping charges. ALL items must still have the original tag attached to the item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. If you receive a gown that is damaged, call or email the customer service department on the same day you receive the item and we will process a return and replace the item if at all possible. Gowns are delicate, therefore they must be returned in brand new condition with the store tag still attached. If worn or damaged, the gown will be returned to you and you will not receive credit for the purchase.
Sale-priced merchandise, swimwear, lingerie/hosiery, hats, perfumes and gift cards are final sale.
PLEASE NOTE: On-sale items are purchased "as is" and cannot be returned or refunded.
We will deduct a flat fee of $10.00 from your refund for the original shipping charges, if applicable. If you received free shipping on the original purchase because your original purchase was over $100.00, and your return reduces that purchase to less than $100.00, we will deduct $10.00 for the original shipping charge.
If you return an item because you wish to place a new order for a different size or color of the same item, please contact our customer service department at 877-458-4999 with both the original and new order numbers and we will not deduct the original shipping charge from the refund on the returned item.
Please retain your tracking number for your return shipment until you have been notified that we have processed your return.
Special Order Items
Special order items are subject to availability. We make every effort to only publish items for special order that are available to us, relying on the most current information from the manufacturer. But, in rare instances, the item(s) may be out of stock by the time our order is placed. In this case we will refund in full any deposits you have paid for the special order item.
Special order items may be returned in new/unworn condition within 10 days from the original ship date from our warehouse. Items must be returned with original packaging, labels and store tag attached, as well as a copy of the original receipt.
