2020 Covid-19 Re-opening Procedures To Protect our Customers Limit the flow of traffic - We are limiting the number of customers and employees in the store at any one time to 10. Promote social distancing guidelines - We are practicing the 6’ distancing guideline, as best we can. We modified the fitting room experience. We encourage our customers to shop by appointment whenever possible, or take advantage of our curbside pickup for other purchases made through video chat, shoprodeodrive.com, and Comment Sold (Facebook). We can also ship your order directly to your home. Provide proper protection - Hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout the store. Please use them as you enter and exit, as well as any other time you feel the need. We want to keep you safe and fashionable. Enforce masks - We are requiring our sales representatives to wear face masks while on the sales floor, and our customers will also be required to wear them. Limit store hours – For the immediate future, we are limiting our store hours to allow time for extensive cleanings. We will be open Monday thru Friday from 11-5 and Saturdays 12-4. We will continue to do our virtual shopping shows via Facebook and our online store shoprodeodrive.com is open 24/7. Keeping our team healthy Ensure employees are healthy – We will monitor the well-being of our employees, conducting daily “healthy” checklists, monitoring temperatures, and ask pertinent questions to make sure everyone is, and stays healthy. Face masks and gloves – We have provided face masks for our employees to use, and gloves as needed. Establish barriers – We installed plexi-glass shields at both of our registers to protect from sneezing, etc. Ensure safe transactions Contactless pay – For the immediate future, due to cleanliness, we will not be accepting cash or physically handling customer credit cards, but will instead save them in your customer record (encrypted) so that there is no physical contact. Curbside pickup or delivery – Just call us at the store 502-425-8999 or text your stylist and we will be happy to deliver your package to your car or deliver it to your house. Disinfect often – We will disinfect dressing rooms, garments, and high-touch areas after every customer and employ an outside cleaning service for the entire store on a routine basis. Sanitizing Merchandise – We will be keeping tried-on and returned merchandise off the sales floor for a period of time and steaming the garments that have been tried on and not purchased. Let us get that! – As always, we encourage you to let us get that for you. If you need a different size or want to try that special necklace on with your outfit, we will be happy to get it for you. This will allow us to monitor what has been tried on and ensure that jewelry and display cases remain clean. Gotta go on the go? – We apologize but for now, restrooms will not be open to the public. Need alterations? – Alterations will be available during business hours or by appointment for merchandise purchased in our store only! This allows us to track where merchandise has been and how it has been handled.
