While we make every effort to insure you are 100% happy with your purchase, we understand that from time to time you will need or want to return an item. Please understand that we strictly adhere to our return policy, therefore we encourage you to read it carefully. Feel free to contact us prior to your purchase if you need additional information.
Full-price merchandise (sale-priced items are not included) in new/unworn condition can be returned within 10 days for a full refund, less any original shipping charges. ALL items must still have the original tag attached to the item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. If you receive a gown that is damaged, call or email the customer service department on the same day you receive the item and we will process a return and replace the item if at all possible. Gowns are delicate, therefore they must be returned in brand new condition with the store tag still attached. If worn or damaged, the gown will be returned to you and you will not receive credit for the purchase.
Sale-priced merchandise, swimwear, lingerie/hosiery, hats, perfumes and gift cards are final sale.
PLEASE NOTE: On-sale items are purchased "as is" and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you return an item because you wish to place a new order for a different size or color of the same item, please contact our customer service department at 877-458-4999 with both the original and new order numbers and we will not deduct the original shipping charge from the refund on the returned item. If you wish to return an item for a refund, all shipping costs are your responsibility!
Please retain your tracking number for your return shipment until you have been notified that we have processed your return.
